My wife and I bought our tour ticket for half price through Groupon just as some other reviewers did. For the reviewer who gave a bad review, I am also a "local" and yes it was a little more difficult to book with Great White but I think that was because of the volume of tours bought. I called and left my name and they called back within 24 hours as promised and we booked a reservation. The company had to resked the tour a couple of times due to rough seas, for safety reasons, but they called early, were very polite and were more than helpful. Once we were there, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Our guide Mark was especially courteous and alert to all the riders needs. My wife and I rode on one ski. It was the first jet ski experience for both of us, I'm 59 and she's 50, and we sometimes fell behind but Mark always made sure to come back to help us catch up. My wife wanted to drive and when we reached our destination we saw a large group of dolphins. Some came up right next to our ski. My wife has always wanted to be up close to a dolphin and was ecstatic. Best money I spent in a long time. The tour lists as 45 minutes but Mark wasn't doing any clock watching. Was well over and hour. Next time will rent two skis so we both can drive!!! Highly recommend.
